THESE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY ONLY TO WHOLESALE PARTNERS:

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The products have to be in your warehouse and NOT sold to your customer. If you have sold the product already, the return and exchange policy does not apply to those products. We can only return or exchange products directly to you AFTER you send them back to us and we have received them.

You MUST check all products you received after arrival immediately to ensure that you’re satisfied with your order or if there is a problem.
You have to check if the package isn’t damaged, open, torn, etc. If so, do not accept the package from the currier and write directly to us. If you accepted damaged package please direct all complaints to the currier company.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Returned amber products must be carefully packed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transportation. It is recommended to send it via registered and insured shipping method to prevent any additional losses if the package gets lost or damaged during transportation.
Buyer is responsible for all return charges damages and losses during transit.
If you received a damaged product send us photos of proof before returning.
If you wish to exchange your products we will send you new ones once we receive the ones you’re not satisfied with.
